- How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will ship in 1 to 5 business days. You will receive an email once your order is shipped confirming the shipping details.
- What is our customer service policy?
RedRoom Artglass Studio will provide all our customers with courteous, timely, and efficient service that will exceed customer expectations. In order to continuously improve our services, RedRoom Artglass Studio will encourage and use ongoing customer feedback to help establish our customer service standards.

Yes, we sure do! Just send us an email and we will work out the details.

- What kinds of payments will you accept?
PayPal is the main way I accept payments but I do accept money orders and checks. However, please keep in mind I wait for the money order to arrive before I ship your item. For cheques, I wait for the cheque to clear before shipping your item; this could take up to 10 days.
- What is your shipping policy?
I send items within Canada via Canada Post. I also provide world wide/international shipping.
All shipping includes insurance. My shopping cart does not include shipping costs due to the variation in costs dependent on shipping location and weight of the item, so please e-mail prior to making your purchase and I will send you a shipping and insurance quote. If you decide to make your purchase through the shopping cart I will send you a PayPal invoice for shipping and insurance. Once I have received your shipping preferences and confirmation from PayPal I will ship your item/s. If you need international shipping please contact me before ordering via email and I will provide a quote.
- Do you anneal your lampwork beads?
Yes, all my beads are properly kiln annealed in a computer controlled kiln for strength and durability. All of my beads are made on 1/16" and 3/32" mandrels.
- What if I received my item and decide I don’t like what I bought?
It is important to us that you are happy and 100% delighted with your purchase, so all work is completely guaranteed. We will always exchange, replace or repair any purchase, less postage and insurance. Please contact me before you return you item.
